Submission Guidelines and Instructions:

All submitted articles will undergo a plagiarism check prior to publication.
If plagiarism is detected by the scientific committee, peer reviewers, or staff members at any stage during the publication process,
including during editing or proofreading, the authors will be notified to revise their manuscript.
If the original manuscript contains more than 15% plagiarized content, the submission will be rejected, and the authors will be informed of the decision.
The content of the paper (unpublished work) must be original and align with one of the conference's thematic areas.
The decision to accept a paper will be based on its novelty, technical depth, clarity, and its practical and theoretical contributions.
Each submission will be evaluated by tow members of the program committee.
Acceptance criteria will consider originality, the practical and theoretical impact of the work, as well as the quality of the presentation.
All papers must be written in English.
Submissions must be in PDF format and made electronically.
Papers should be submitted through the official conference website.

Peer Review Process:

The conference follows a rigorous peer review procedure for all submissions.
A double-blind review system is in place to ensure an impartial and transparent process between authors and reviewers.
The iThenticate software is used to detect potential instances of plagiarism by comparing the content with a vast database of periodicals,
online resources, and academic articles.
If a manuscript is found to have more than 15% plagiarized material, it will be rejected, and the author will be notified.
